Shiba Inu's Reward Token "TREAT" Official X Account Goes Live

Excitement builds as Shiba Inu unveils the official X account for its upcoming reward token "TREAT," marking a significant addition to the SHIB ecosystem.

With "TREAT" set to enhance various SHIB-related services and its crucial role in new ventures like "Shib: The Metaverse," the anticipation among the community is palpable.

This guide offers an in-depth look at "TREAT," its utility, and vital tips to avoid falling for scams, ensuring you're well-prepared for its official release.

The Launch of TREAT's Official X Account with an Official Label

An official X (formerly Twitter) account for "TREAT," the new reward token scheduled for release by Shiba Inu (SHIB), has been unveiled.

The official X account for TREAT, known as "@treatsforShib," is easily distinguishable by the "SHIB Official Label" beside its name and is followed by other official SHIB-related accounts, making it simpler to differentiate from fake accounts.

What is Shiba Inu's New Token "TREAT"?

TREAT is the new reward token planned to be issued by the Shiba Inu project, known as the fourth token in the SHIB ecosystem, following "SHIB, BONE, & LEASH."

Although not officially released yet, since its announcement in July 2022, TREAT has garnered significant attention within the SHIB community, with numerous official announcements mentioning it.

According to reports, TREAT will not only be used to reward the SHIB community but also play a role in rewards for "Shib: The Metaverse" and "Shiba Eternity," as well as in the liquidity for the upcoming new stablecoin "SHI."

Furthermore, the recent release of a new NFT collection "Sheboshi" explained that a portion of its earnings would be allocated to "burning TREAT," suggesting its importance in various SHIB-related services.

Beware of TREAT Scams and Fake Accounts

With the unveiling of "TREAT's official X account," it's crucial to be cautious of fake tokens, as TREAT has not been launched yet.

Currently, multiple tokens, accounts, and websites named "TREAT" are being published, some involving Shiba Inu-related imagery, but these are not official and pose a risk of deception.

While SHIB has become a globally popular cryptocurrency project, it has also seen a rise in impersonators and scammers pretending to be related tokens, celebrities, and influencers.

Therefore, when gathering information or engaging in transactions, verifying details thoroughly is essential.
