"Dogecoin to the Moon" - Elon Musk's Support for DOGE

Elon Musk, known for his strong support of Dogecoin (DOGE), has revealed that Tesla will potentially enable DOGE payments in the future.

This announcement was made by Musk himself during an event and has since spread rapidly on X (Twitter), where a video of his statement is quickly gaining traction.

Tesla's Proactive Adoption of DOGE

Tesla has been actively embracing Dogecoin for some time. In September 2022, the company supported DOGE payments for Cybertruck-related merchandise and, in June of the same year, added a dedicated Dogecoin page to its official website.

Further evidence of Tesla's commitment to integrating DOGE came in December when mentions of "DOGE" were discovered in the source code of the Cybertruck payment page.

Recently, reports have surfaced of a DOGE-supported Supercharger station being constructed in Hollywood.

Given these developments, there's growing anticipation that it might not be long before Tesla vehicles can be purchased with Dogecoin.

DOGE Price Jumps Over 15%

Following Musk's comments, Dogecoin's price experienced a sharp increase. Although it had fallen to around $0.165 at 11 a.m. on the 14th, the price surged to $0.192 shortly after Musk's announcement.

Musk's reference to "Dogecoin to the MOON," suggesting a significant rise in DOGE's value, has further fueled expectations for the cryptocurrency's price growth.
