Introduction to Cardano Staking ETP (CASL) Launch

Issuance.Swiss AG, based in Switzerland, has unveiled a new financial product related to Cardano (ADA), the Cardano Staking ETP (CASL).

This Exchange Traded Product (ETP), issued through a collaboration with Liqwid Finance, has been reported to be listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange.

Reflecting the Performance of ADA Staking

The Cardano Staking ETP (CASL) is designed to reflect not only the performance of the cryptocurrency ADA but also the performance of the profits earned through ADA staking.

This staking activity is conducted by Liqwid on the Cardano network. Furthermore, CASL employs a mechanism that ensures 100% of the underlying assets are in actual ADA, securely stored in a cold wallet disconnected from the internet.

Florian Volery, co-founder of Liqwid Finance, stated that "CASL offers all the benefits of traditional decentralized finance."

Bruce Jackson, Head of Digital Assets at Apex Group, remarked, "Using CASL allows one to easily earn money while contributing to the decentralization of finance, without the need for a cryptocurrency portfolio or specialized knowledge."

Cardano ETPs have been announced previously, with releases from 21Shares and Valour in 2021.
