Strengthening the Cardano Ecosystem through Partnership with Huawei Cloud

In an exciting development for the blockchain community, EMURGO, the commercial arm of Cardano (ADA), has partnered with Huawei Cloud to expand the Cardano ecosystem in the Asia-Pacific region.

This pivotal move marks a significant step toward the commercial adoption and technological cooperation between the two giants, setting the stage for mutual growth and the acceleration of Web3 adoption across the globe.

Strengthening the Cardano Ecosystem with Huawei Cloud

On April 11, 2024, EMURGO, the official commercial arm of Cardano (ADA), announced its partnership with Huawei Cloud, a cloud service provided by Huawei, a leading Chinese telecommunications equipment manufacturer.

This collaboration aims to expand the Cardano network in the Asia-Pacific region and enhance Web3 solutions by building Cardano validator nodes on Huawei Cloud, thereby strengthening the Cardano network.

Cardano developers will be able to leverage Huawei Cloud's extensive network and resources to build Web3 solutions on the Cardano blockchain, which is expected to further enhance the scalability and interoperability of Cardano's cloud services.

Additionally, the partnership grants Cardano access to Huawei's marketplace, which is utilized by numerous major corporations, expanding the range of Web3 functionalities.

EMURGO stated in an official announcement that "This partnership marks the first step towards promoting commercial adoption through validator node events and technical cooperation between EMURGO and Huawei."
