Shiba Inu (SHIB) has joined the Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA) to explore the use of blockchain technology in the media and entertainment industry.
The CDSA, originally founded as the International Recording Media Association (IRMA) in 1970, evolved into an international non-profit organization focused on intellectual property protection with the advent of digital content delivery.
This partnership aims to utilize blockchain technology to address concerns in the AI field, such as deepfakes and plagiarism. It has been reported that Shibarium, a Layer 2 related to SHIB, will be used to tackle these AI-related concerns.
According to CoinDesk, the Shiba Inu developers are collaborating with CDSA to propose and develop blockchain technologies focused on security and content delivery specifically tailored for the media and entertainment sectors.
