Tangem and ChangeNOW Collaboration: Introducing Cryptocurrency Exchange Aggregator 'Tangem Express'

Upcoming Feature on Tangem Wallet Within a Few Months

Tangem, known for their card-based hardware wallets, announced on September 21, 2023, that they have developed a cryptocurrency exchange aggregator called "Tangem Express," in partnership with ChangeNOW, a service that offers crypto asset trading and exchange.

A cryptocurrency exchange aggregator compiles information from multiple cryptocurrency exchanges and offers it to users on a single platform.

This allows users to access scattered information and trading opportunities from different exchanges on a single screen.

Tangem Express is expected to be available on the Tangem Wallet within the next few months.

Tangem Wallet users will be able to utilize a variety of services on one platform, including "cross-chain swaps, cryptocurrency exchanges, and on/off-ramp services from various providers," as explained.

Aggregating Multiple Cryptocurrency Exchange Services

According to ChangeNOW's announcement, Tangem integrated ChangeNOW's "Exchange API" to develop this new service. Companies using this API can efficiently handle transactions for more than 850 types of cryptocurrencies.

The term "cross-chain swap" referred to in Tangem's post means the "exchange of tokens on different blockchains," and "on/off-ramp" indicates the "mutual exchange between fiat and cryptocurrencies."

While the details of Tangem Express have not been disclosed yet, it is expected that after the official release, users will be able to exchange hundreds of types of cryptocurrencies at optimal rates and conduct trades involving multiple services from one place.

Tangem is also known for developing card-type wallets with Shiba Inu (SHIB) designs and recently revealed that they are working on "ring-type cryptocurrency wallets," heightening anticipation for future announcements.
