LaborX Adds BONE Token Support to Expand Web3 Job Opportunities

LaborX, a job platform specializing in connecting freelancers with blockchain and Web3 skills to employers, announced on September 21, 2023, that it has added support for BONE—a cryptocurrency related to Shiba Inu (SHIB).

LaborX serves as a unique hiring platform that brings together freelancers wanting to earn through their Web3 skills and employers seeking professionals with Web3-related capabilities.

Previously supporting various digital assets, including SHIB, LaborX now officially incorporates BONE payments, further strengthening its payment flexibility.

With BONE being added, payments and receipts via BONE are now possible on the platform. The official announcement stated that Shiba Inu is now "fully integrated" into LaborX.

BONE's Expanding Use Cases

BONE initially gained attention as the governance token for the decentralized exchange (DEX) ShibaSwap. Recently, however, its utility has expanded; it has been adopted as the native token for the newly released Layer 2 solution, Shibarium.

As Shibarium gains traction, crypto exchanges announcing the listing of BONE have increased. The token's demand is expected to surge as more services and exchanges adopt it.

In the Shiba Inu (SHIB) community, project developments led by the community are on the rise. Recently, there have been announcements about using Shibarium for new ventures, like a burger franchise, making future SHIB-related news something to watch out for.
