Tether Announces End of Support for Five Blockchains | Holders Must Act by Deadline

Tether Ends Support for Multiple Blockchains

On July 11, 2024, Tether, known for issuing the stablecoin USDT, announced the termination of USDT and EURT redemptions on several blockchains. Holders are urged to redeem or transfer their tokens by the specified deadline.

The end of support for these blockchains had been previously reported, combining announcements from last year and this year. Tether will cease support for the following five blockchains:

• Omni

• Kusama

• SLP

• EOS

• Algorand
