Enhancements with Atomic Swap Feature and SHIB Support

NFTDrive, Inc., known for developing the NFT-specialized wallet "NFTDriveEX" that leverages Symbol (XYM), announced on April 3, 2024, the release of "NFTDriveEX v4.0.1," equipped with an atomic swap feature.

NFTDriveEX is an NFT-specialized wallet that is easily accessible via a web browser and allows for the issuance of full on-chain NFTs utilizing Symbol.

The latest version incorporates the previously reported atomic swap functionality and a comprehensive wallet backup feature. It also introduces support for Shiba Inu (SHIB).

As of the time of writing, NFTDriveEX supports the "Symbol, Ethereum, Polygon, and Mumbai" networks. By switching the network to "Ethereum" or "Polygon," users can now handle "SHIB."

Introduction to "N-Drive Atomic Swap v1"

The newly added "N-Drive Atomic Swap v1" allows for the purchase and exchange of NFTs issued on Symbol with tokens on Ethereum or Polygon.

Atomic swaps enable the direct and secure exchange of tokens across different blockchains without the need for intermediaries, providing an innovative technology that allows users to safely and quickly exchange cryptocurrencies without third-party involvement.

The atomic swap feature of NFTDriveEX requires the preparation of "Symbol addresses, EVM addresses, XYM, ETH or MATIC, and payment tokens" and can be initiated through the linkage of addresses.

NFT creators also need to link their "Symbol and EVM addresses" to receive royalties from transactions. If a creator's address is not linked, the transaction cannot proceed, thus it is recommended to request the "linking of EVM addresses" from the creators in advance.

Exchanging XYM and Other Tokens

It is noted that the exchange of XYM with other tokens is not possible in NFTDriveEX's Atomic Swap v1, with restrictions in place to avoid potential legal issues and other troubles.
