Ethereum L2 "Blast" Token Airdrop Event in One Week

With just one week remaining until the highly anticipated Blast token airdrop event, eligible Ethereum L2 users must ensure they've logged into the Blast dashboard.

Learn how Blast Points and Blast Gold holders can participate and what this new network has in store for its growing community.

Dashboard Login Required for Eligible Participants

On June 20, 2024, Blast, the Layer 2 (L2) solution on Ethereum (ETH), announced that there is less than one week left until their token airdrop event.

Eligible participants are those who own "Blast Points" or "Blast Gold" and have logged into the Blast dashboard at least once.

Blast Points are distributed based on user activity, while Blast Gold is awarded to developers of decentralized applications (dApps).

In this airdrop, tokens will be allocated with a 50% share to Blast Points and a 50% share to Blast Gold.

The announcement also stated that "all gold must be distributed to users as points by June 25, 2024," emphasizing the deadline for dApp developers to complete their distributions.

Blast is a relatively new Ethereum L2 network that launched its mainnet in March 2024. It features automatic yield generation on deposited ETH and stablecoins.

Since raising $20 million in November from notable investors like Paradigm and Standard Crypto, Blast is poised for further growth.
