This partnership was revealed by SHIB's lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, during the "Blockchain Futurist Conference," and it was also reported by SHIB-related news outlet, "The Shib Daily."

SHIB Technology to Be Integrated into IIFA’s Infrastructure

The International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA), an annual event that began in 2000, recognizes excellence in Hindi cinema, with winners determined by online voting from movie fans.

This partnership is a multi-year agreement aimed at integrating Shiba Inu's technology into IIFA’s infrastructure, including offering event tickets through SHIB’s ticketing system.

This marks the first time a cryptocurrency project has entered into such a long-term partnership with a global event like IIFA.

He pointed out that few events, apart from the Olympics, have the potential to connect with such a vast audience.

SHIB is also a member of the Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA), which includes senior technology executives from prominent companies such as Adobe, Amazon, Apple, Disney, LEGO, and Netflix.
