Cardano (ADA) Integrates with "Axelar" to Connect with Over 70 Blockchains

On October 23, 2024, EMURGO, a founding member of Cardano (ADA), announced the integration of the Cardano blockchain with "Axelar," an interoperability platform that connects different blockchains. This move aims to enhance Cardano’s cross-chain functionality.

Axelar is a project that provides infrastructure to facilitate secure asset and information transfers between various blockchains, playing a key role in promoting blockchain interoperability.

This integration is intended to improve Cardano's ability to interact with other blockchains, with EMURGO acting as an ecosystem partner to link Cardano with Axelar.

As a result, developers and users within the Cardano ecosystem will be able to engage with other blockchain networks.

The integration of Cardano and Axelar brings several significant advantages:

• Connecting ADA with DeFi services available on over 70 other blockchains
